All across the country, suburban planners and residents are grappling with how to handle pressures to adapt to demographic shifts, changing housing preferences, and growing infrastructure costs – all while making their communities more sustainable. Appealing to planners, architects, developers and citizens alike, Makeover Montgomery 3: Balancing Change in America's Suburbs will focus on real-world solutions to those challenges. The conference will focus on three primary tracks:
- Beyond Transit-Oriented Development
- The Sharing Economy
- Equity and Opportunity in the Suburbs
Registration is $40 through April 15, at which point it increases to $50. Onsite registration, if space allows, will be $60. Students can register for $20 by using discount code MM3Student at checkout (will be required to show a current student ID at check-in).
