OUTSIDE EVENT: Planning Schools as Public Infrastructure: Linking Universities with Grassroots Education Organizing

Assistant Professor Ariel Bierbaum will be presenting her research and teaching at Cleveland State University (CSU)

The focus is on planning for public schools as public infrastructure and Dr. Bierbaum will present with her collaborator Dr. Akira Drake Rodriguez at UPenn. Drs Bierbaum and Rodriguez are teaching coordinated courses on the issue and supporting Philadelphia parent and community organizers working on school facilities advocacy and planning.
