Join us for the Pathways to Careers in Heritage event, organized by the Council of Maryland Archaeologists' Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. This event is designed to open doors for students from high school through graduate school to discover diverse career and academic opportunities within the heritage industry.

Whether you’re interested in traditional or emerging career paths, this event will showcase a wide range of possibilities. Featuring dynamic speakers and panelists from various social groups, attendees will gain insights into overcoming barriers to entry and the richness of the field.
