Seminar with Dr. Martin Wachs

Dr. Wachs will examine the crisis of transportation finance in relation to planning and policy. He will review the current debate as to the role of taxes and tolls as a means to meet the challenges facing our current and future transportation network and infrastructure. The Seminar will provide an additional opportunity to discuss with Dr. Wachs the issues raised during his lecture.
