The 2400 14th Street LLC is pleased to present this response to the District of Columbia’s Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2400 14th Street lot located in the Mid‐City neighborhood of Washington D.C. Please except this response for the acquisition and redevelopment of 2400 14th Street. 2400 14th Street LLC will bring a very experienced and local development team committed to improving the built environment of the Mid‐City neighborhood. We are also committed to improving the quality of living by teaming with local officials and meeting the neighborhood’s goals and concerns. The mixed‐use, mixed income project, will consist of market rate and affordable/workforce residential units above neighborhood street level retail, serviced by 2 levels of below grade parking. Modern construction and materials will make up the design and architecture and street furniture will line sidewalks creating active and friendly streetscapes. Combined with the local and City officials, the development team is confident in its overall vision.
