Assistant Professor Marccus Hendricks, who directs the University of Maryland Stormwater Infrastructure Resilience and Justice (SIRJ) Lab, explains how damaging weather, coupled with a lack of upkeep, has resulted in an American infrastructure crisis—particularly for communities of color—in an interview with Accuweather.com.
