Morton at Georgia Avenue

The Morton at Georgia Avenue, also known as Phase II of Park Morton’s redevelopment,  will be a new mix-used, mixed-income building that will replace the existing structures located on the East side of the 3400 block of Georgia Avenue. The development will include 42 LIHTC units of which 20 will be public housing replacement units and 60 market-rate units for 102 units.  These new residential units will help the entire Park Morton Redevelopment project to reach the ratio of mixed incomes required by the District’s Communities Investment plan (1/3 low income households, 1/3 moderate income and 1/3 unrestricted market rate rentals).
