Suprime Community Development is recommending Eminent Heights, a LEED Certified $39.8M multigenerational affordable housing development located. This development will include The Eminent (community center), The Domain (residential buildings), and Heights Park (public/private community park). The Eminent will host amenity space for a demonstration kitchen, personal/group training, childcare center, and mezzanine work area. The Domain consists of 1-3-bedroom units, private-entry corridor accessibility for residents, electrical appliances, washer and dryer, and rear lot parking. Heights Park includes a community garden, urban farm, farm-to-table terrace, and multipurpose green space. The uses at Eminent Heights will serve Park Heights by providing sustainable economic benefit. The expected date of delivery for Eminent Heights is January 2026.
