Space4: The Arts at Blagden Alley serves the arts community in both the Shaw Neighborhood and Washington, DC at large as well as enhance the culture of the surrounding neighborhood.  The project honors the complicated past of the neighborhood while looking to the future of artistic, historic and cultural engagement in the city.
